The Hidalgo County Head Start Purchasing Department is committed to procuring goods and services most efficiently and cost-effectively.  The Hidalgo County Head Start Program Purchasing Department complies with all federal, state, and county laws.  Provides equal access to all available and eligible vendors.  Makes every effort to seek the best and most advantageous prices on all purchases.  Provides ongoing supply of goods and services to all Head Start Departments and  Head Start campuses.
