Human Resources acts as a bridge between the workforce and the program's objectives, ensuring that both the employees' and the organization's needs are met effectively. The functions of the HR department are recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations, employee retention, employment law and compliance, compensation and benefits, employee wellness, risk management safety, administration, and shaping the program culture.
